By placing an order with Maison Bloom you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All floral arrangements are handmade to order. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 business working days however during busy ordering periods this may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to your location.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, Read our full refund policy for details.

Product Appearance

Each arrangement is unique. Small variations in colour, style or sizing may occur, adding to the charm of your piece.
