Each Maison Bloom arrangement is handmade with care, and we want you to love your order. 

Because our products are delicate and made to order we do not  accept general returns.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement.

Customer will pay for return postage.
